Thread: Black, Red, & Silver SIM Reduced to $325 Sold

This is a full costume including a bra, belt, skirt, veil, necklace, gauntlets, headband. I wore the bra and belt once or twice. I never used the skirt or accessories. There is lots of rich heavy fringe, straight and swagged fringe. The base fabric is black velvet.

Here are the measurements:

Bra underbust 32"
Bra has some padding in it, fits a B-cup nicely with the padding
Belt 16 1/4" front
Belt 16 1/4" back
I added to extensions about 3" each piece, one of the pieces is totally beaded.

The skirt is about 34 1/2" on the velvet parts and 35 on the swirly chiffon parts. Also, remember if you are bootylicious that will take up some of the length.

how long is the total belt with the extension and skirt length?

The skirt is separate.

The original belt is 16" + 16" which totals 32". I added a 3" extension, which is beaded and another 3" extension which is not beaded (I didnt really need the 2nd one, so I didnt bead it) so 35" to 38" but if you needed the whole length you would have to bead the second one.

and how long is the skirt?

The belt looks to be quite stiff in the photo.... is that so in real life? Do you think the fringe on belt can be removed easily? Thanks

The belt is actually quite soft and flexible. The lining is velvet.

Yes, the fringe could easily be removed. I had taken the looped fringe off the sides of the bra, as it overwelmed my frame and sewed it onto the belt. Both the V-fringe and the looped fringe would be easy to remove.

Haha....I understand.

It is several strands of black, several strands of red, and several strands of silver. The strands are each of the same color, not mixed colors of beads on one strand.

You can see the colors in the closer-up picture in the first post. also the ends of the fringes are all woven together in the typical egyptian/turkish finish so you could unstitch them and keep the swag shape in tact.

So is it just the two long loops, or is there any other looped fringed? (For t he record, I'd be removing the long fringe...It will drown me!!_ ..l;,

The photos show all of the fringe. You could remove all of it or some it, as you choose to suit you. There is the V-fringe on the belt and the looped fringe. The bra just has the looped fringe.

tempted...sigh....where is my tax refund!!!!!
