Dress zipper needs to be fixed/replaced (I will include a zipper) and one gauntlet zipper needs to be fixed/replaced, too.)

This is a violet purple dress with gold fringe. The sleeves/gauntlets (not pictured) are from the same material, same fringe, and have zippers. The fabric of this dress is NOT a stretch fabric. It is a shiny polyester tricot. It has a little bit of give on the bias, but otherwise will not stretch much past the measurements listed. There is a slit over the left leg, starting at about the knee. Zips up in the back.

Length: 57" from right shoulder seam to hem
Bust: 36 B to C (currently has pads sewn in)
Underbust: 32"
Waist: 28"
Widest part of hips: 38-39"

This is used, but in very good condition (except the previously mentioned zippers). I have worn this only to try it on. It fits me very well, but is a smidge too short. The fringe is soooooo fun!

ADDED 8/17: I have lowered the price because of the zippers. I knew about the gauntlet (and told the buyer, gave a discount) before I shipped it the first time, but the dress zipper was fine when I put it on twice. The zipper came apart when the buyer put it on, so I paid for her to ship it back. FINAL SALE this time since I'm now -$20 due to shipping it twice (there & back). Normally I would fix it myself before selling, but I'm too bogged down with other sewing tasks.

How tall are you? Does the fringe hang past the hem?

What are the sleeve measurements?

I'm 5' 9" with squarish shoulders.

ETA: Some of the fringe strands hang down a little bit past the hem, average of 1/2 inch.

I'm only 5'2", do you think this might be too long for me?

The length is 57" measured from the right shoulder seam to the bottom edge. I'm 5'9" and wish it were 1-2 inches longer (in bare feet) or up to 5" longer for wearing it with dance heels.

Hypatiah, I am 5'3" and it was perfect. It's so stunning. If I still had my seamstress next door (she moved away and retired) I would have kept in a heartbeat.

Sahirah, Do you know if it can be hemmed?, I feel like I'm a little short for it...

Thanks for giving your perspective on the length! Sad that the zipper gave up it's will to zip when you had it. :(

Hypatiah, I will take a photo of the bottom edge for you and post it tonight. It's one of those beaded edges. If you hemmed it as is, some of the fringe strands would hang past the new hem, so you would need to make them shorter (or remove them).

I've got 2 kids in the tub that need supervision and washing help (for one of them), but when they're in bed, I'm going to have to do some measuring to see if this would fit me.

Forgive me if I missed it in the listing, but does this have a built-in bra or is it a wear-your-own? If it is built-in, do you have cup measurements?

Intent too, depending on the picture of the bottom of the dress...im short too :-(

There are odd bra pads sewn in. I would probably wear or sew-in a strapless bra.

Gauntlets (one that needs zipper replaced is opened flat, easiest type of zipper replacement, by the way):

*sigh* This would be so perfect for a showcase that I've got coming up in a month or so. But my hips tend to measure a bit larger- I'm about 40-41 in the largest part of lower hips/booty, and it doesn't sound like this will accomodate my ...erm... assets.

I'm only an inch shorter but seems like this would be way too long.....hemming I understand, but didn't the length make the waist hit at the wrong place? I would love to grab this, but I have had zero luck with dresses.:(
