If you look at the pictures, you see that on the top, there is pleated material at some places, maybe it shoud be sewed a little bit to better stay in place, but it has never been a problem for me.

The skirt is shorter on the side of the slit and longer at the other end, it makes a nice diagonal effect. It can fit anyone ;)

Longest point : 38 1/2
Shortest point : 31
