I absolutely adore the pink dress- it's so beautiful and unique! Hip-wise, it sounds like you and I are very close. With the bra and length, though- I don't think it will work. I'm between a 36C and D, and I'm a shortie- only 5'2". I'm afraid this will be much too long.

The fabric on the bottom is that very tight mesh w/out a hem. In other words, the kind of mesh that you just cut. So, you could just cut the hem, following the lines of the dress, to fit you.
As for the bra. The dimensions are the ones I gave you. So, you would know how that would work for you. :)
