Hello! This red costume was purchased from Joharah probably about 7 years ago. I think I wore it a couple times, but mostly my daughter Symphony danced in it back then. It hasn't been worn for probably 3-4 years so even though it is older I'd guesstimate it was maybe danced in about 15 times or so. I hate to part with it for sentimental reasons, but really need the money badly. :o(

The velvet is in very good shape, and while I haven't gone over the beading with a microscope I just see a couple stones missing off the bra (it mostly has beads rather than stones to begin with) and there is some color loss on the sequins; not much at all on the skirt; on the bra it is primarily the red flower where you can see it, but it would not be noticeable while performing. There are some spots where the 'edging beading' has come loose and dropped a loop or so of the little gold seed beads; the bottom hem, one place on the slit, and a couple spots on the bra, one being close to the hook- not really noticeable except for on the slit.

Overall it is in good shape and these few flaws can be easily fixed or ignored, the costume still has plenty of life left in it and could certainly be further spruced up with the addition of some crystals if you were so inclined. I will lightly handwash it before shipping.

This is for thinner girls, I do not have all the exact measurements at the moment (my soft tape measure is missing so I got strap and skirt measured with a regular one) but based on the fact that it was kinda small on me I would say you'd want to be in the area of a 33-35 lower hip (it will fit bigger but will soon start to look stretched), skirt length is 35 inches. The bra would fit an A or smaller B cup, strap is a total of almost 33 inches.
