The lenth of the complete dress ist 55 inch

Unterbust 29.5inch
The fabric and the mesh are very stretchy, tu I think it would look good for lower hip under 39inch

1) Is the dress a designer? It looks like a Hanan.

2) Was the length of the dress measured laying flat or hanging up?

I dont know the disigner, because there is now label in it.
The length woud fit perfectly if you are around 63" toll.
The lenth on the body is 55", the lenth lying flat its 52-53". The big differens in the length is coused by the mesh that covers the chest, it sretches very well.
