I really don't want to sell this! Why do we always say that!!?

Here is a Red Bella that I have been loving since I got it last spring. It came to me as a long, straight skirt but just didn't suit me so I had it made into a chiffon skirt. The woman who did the alterations left the original fabric and fringe on the upper hip and all the way down the left leg slit on both sides so it's lovely. She also added dimension to the skirt with a wavy hem and some layers on the right side. It's so soft and romantic.

There are layers of beads that wrap around the body in various way and swag on the hip.

One Note: It's a single layer skirt so I wore little red shorts underneath for modesty. you could add another layer of chiffon or just keep it as is and wear little shorts.

Measurements:

Bra: Slightly small for my 34 D's. I would say best suited for up to a C or small D. A/B with padding. 6 vert x 7 hor x 7 diag.

Skirt: Upper hip max 33". The skirt is built on the original fabric and new chiffon skirt. The zipper zips down about 4 inches so the lower hip should be no more than 39" so you can pull it up! Lenth is 40". I took it up slightly at the top so you can take it up or let it down to suit you.

Comes with two beautiful upper arm bands with swag fringe. It's truly a bright, true red with billowing chiffon now. Although altered from it's original state there is NO bead loss and in great condition.

Is the belt attached to the skirt or separate?

Hi! Yes, the blue dress worked out just fine! Ha! That was a mad dash!!

Thanks Shirin! Yes, this one is suited for a small upper hip. Maybe if the elastic was taken out it would give a little but I don't think too much. If I don't sell it I'll just keep it as I really still like it.

PS. YOU always have gorgeous costumes too!!!!

This is so cute, how much do you think it might give if the elastic was removed? This may just be on the edge of fitting me.

Not sure! My upper hip is 34" but I usually wear costumes that measure about 33" so this fits me pretty well (see pics). The elastic is pretty tightly sewn in so I don't know what it might give???? I wish I could be more helpful.

Oh how I wish Bella didn't already grace my closet with 2 reds. I don't think I could have 3 but this is sooo pretty and looks great on you.

Hmmmm... my upper hip measurement is also 34"... since it works for you, I'm wondering... I'm very VERY tempted! I LOVE the addition of the full skirt.
