The length of the bra band from one end to the other is 34.5 inches.

The top of the skirt unstretched is 24.5 inches.
Top of skirt stretched is 33.5 inches.

I guess it will be just a bit too small for me as my upper hip runs 34-35" I have been looking for a nice brown costume...yours is very pretty!
