I bought this skirt new at the last minute for a performance and wore it only once. It's beautiful, but it just doesn't work well with my costume. I paid $110, selling for $90 + $5 shipping to the US and Canada (please contact me for international shipping costs)

It's a rich emerald color with alternating satin and chiffon panels. The chiffon panels have gold sequin embroidery. I wore it over a plain chiffon skirt for extra coverage.

Length from waist to tip of panel is 37" (though I normally wear 36" skirts and this length was fine - the panels curl up a little bit I think)

waist unstretched is ~27" and could stretch up to ~47" if you pushed it.

Full disclosure: the chiffon panels have a tiny discolored spot (see picture below). I suspect it was there when I bought it but I just didn't notice it. It is high up on the panel and not visible when performing.
