How have you been? Well, I hope.
There is no sizing information on the tag, unfortunately, so I don't know if they are extra small. I do have the waist measurement listed, it's 30 inches unstretched and the inseam is 30 inches.

The black is the lining under the lacy tan. The black is made from stretchy, double knit material. It's nylon and not cottony.
