I have this Gold costume available: skirt, sleeves, and criss cross bra. Will fit up to a 40 inch lower hip, 36 DD breast. I don't want much for it, so I'll see if there is interest.

The skirt has 2 splits on the side that go up to the knees. The bra straps are 50 inches long and they will stretch an additional 2-3 inches. The cups measure 7 1/2 x 7 x 6 inches. The bra crosses in the back and ties in the the middle of the back.

Is this a Turkish Emporium set?

I am not sure if the designer mimicked that style for this costume. I bought it off Ebay. I just emailed her my measurements and she made the costume. It fits great. Some additional specifics:

Skirt is stretch knit and lycra and has 2 splits on the side that go up to the knee
skirt is 33 inches long
Sleeves are just short of 10 inches long. I will post more pics this week.
