Fully decorated skirt with two slits, one in front of each leg, rising 28” from floor
Elastic waist, straight across
Top hip 28” around resting, stretches to fit 34-36”,
Bottom hip 37-38”, maybe up to 40"
Length 37.5” top-hip to floor
Beading goes to floor but you can still hem it to shorten if necessary
Not able to lengthen
Comfortable elastic installed along inside to enhance curve and comfort – this can be adjusted or removed
There is a zipper at center-back, but it is unnecessary (even for round bottoms) and has been sewn shut for security and ease on/off - perfect for quick costume changes
I’m 5’5” and wear this with shoes

Condition
This bra/belt set is in very good condition. It’s only been worn a handful of times. It’s well maintained, sturdy, and clean, with no missing rhinestones. There are very minor signs of wear (discoloration) on the interior of the skirt, but it's not enough to show up in a photo.

I bought this from Leila for $450. Asking $300 plus shipping. This is a great deal on a gorgeous one-of-a-kind costume! I can't do trades, but I will take payments on this.

Good news! I have a matching silk chiffon veil for sale too! It's pale blue, almost white, opaque not transparent, but it's that super lightweight silk that floats and flutters about you like a cloud. It's nearly 4 yards long which means you can alter it to your preferred length. Excellent condition, no stains. I'll upload a photo along with the price when I get a chance...
