afraid so..at least for the top end..bottom can go to about 37

I'll do some measuring, but I think that this would be too risky- the kind of belt that if I gained a couple of pounds, would run the risk of not closing.

If it was 2 inches longer in the belt (I like a little overlap), I'd have intent.
