SO,
the length of the skirt is 90 cm, NOT including the frill, the frill is additional 9 cm and can be attached at any length.



the width at the highest point is 82 cm (NOTE, the skirt is almost not stretchy)
at the point where second strap is - 93 cm
and length from leg opening to leg openning is 105 cm and it get wider to the bottom

Actually the straps have a little stock so they can be expended extra 3-4 cm or narrowed

How would it look on D cup? Could you post measurements in inches? I'm only able to check on my phone and don't have a converter handy. Skirt length and hips?

90cm is 35.4 inches
the 99cm with frill takes it to 38.9inches

The padding is not removable, its Victoria's Secret "Miracle" Push-up bra inside, size C, fits B perfetely (I`m B), and gives C extra deliciousness =)
