I recently bought this costume, and it is lovely but not quite what i am looking for, so seeing if there is interest to sell it on

Measurements:

Bra, measured from end to end is 28 Inches, it has elastic & has stretch to it.
Diagonal, measured with tape measure pressed into the cups: almost 6 Inches.
Vertical is 5 Inches.
Horizontal is 6 Inches.
The bra is currently heavily padded.
It is a halterneck which is also elastic.

skirt measured across the top, laying flat is: 14 inches.
Skirt length is: 39/40 Inches.

Few details to mention: bit of the material inside the bra cups seems to overlap a little bit, can still be worn as is, but just wanted to mention it.
The net/mesh type material has a few marks on it, very small, i think it is just the way the material is.

The costume comes with the arm piece.
The skirt has a split on one side, with 2 pieces of material.

What is the max measurement on the band on the bra, and what is the cup size?

What is the upper hip stretched, and lower hip max?

I am not sure of the max of the bra band, but it does fit a 34B/C, i would say that the bra is a B/C, probably a small C though.

The costume fits 36 upper & 38 lower, will fit smaller, not sure if it will go much more than that.
