This is a beautiful red velvet Bella with red and silver accents! The skirt is asymetrical at the top (dips down on left)--very flattering to the waistline. The skirt has gathering/ruching in back along the booty seam--very flattering to the booty. The pictures really don't do this one justice! The silver and red sequin stripe motif is perfect for the holidays--or anytime. ;) The fabric is a soft, stretchy red velvet--a bit deeper red than as it appears in the pics. And I'd like to add that this is a very comfortable costume.

It's only been worn a few times and is in excellent condition.

The upper hip, is it 32" max stretched or does it have a little wiggle room? I'm contemplating if I could make it work.

It's 32" unstretched--there definitely is some wiggle room there. I also had some encased elastic added which can be easily let out.

Ok, I just measured it with the elastic stretched--you'd get at least another inch if you let the elastic out.
