Bra, skirt, and sleeves

I can't say for sure if this is vintage, but it definitely has that feel to me, and I don't know where it originated. I bought it from my teacher who bought it from someone who...etc, and you can see how different owners have reworked parts of it and added more things to it. I think it's still worth more than $50, but since I bought it from my teacher for that much, I don't feel comfortable charging more.

Black velvet base fabric, with a combination of non-holographic gold beading and fringe, holographic gold sequins, and AB/iridescent crystals.

The bra is a soft bra style with a halter neck. It currently has no padding in it. The inside lining of the bra is cut open because I removed the original padding and never added a new lining on the cups.

The skirt is stretch velvet with an elastic waistband (no zipper). It is slit up the front. When worn, it hugs the hips, butt, and upper thigh area, giving a very curvy "va va voom" look.

There are some missing and damaged beads, sequins, and bits of fringe, although they aren't noticeable unless you examine it closely. This costume has been well loved, but it would be good for someone who wants to continue to revamp it, or for a beginner who wants a great deal on a costume with wow factor.

Bra cup size: A/B depending on whether or not you like to pad.
Bra band/underbust: Hooks set at 32" now, max would be around 35". Band has a tiny bit of stretch/give to it.
Skirt hips: Elastic waist, max upper hips 38" without damaging beading or looking odd, I think. Lower hips/butt area more forgiving since the body of the skirt is all stretch velvet.
Skirt length: 38" laid flat from waistband to bottom back (would get shorter when stretched over hips/butt). The front hem dips up/curves into the front slit.
