Here is a very lovely and very petite skirt that I just have not used.

The skirt is white velour ( not very stretchy) with whte chiffon inserts and silver sequin trim. I was told it was a Bella skirt but there is no tag. Unused condition.

Measurements:

Waist-Upper hip: 31 inches unstretched, approx 39 inches maximum stretched

Lower hip -thighs: maximum 40 inches, however when I wear it ts 37.5 around my lower hip and rear, it is totally showing my whole behind. The fabric although it stretches really fits snug so it depends on how form fitting you are comfortable with.
Also where the inserts start at 13 inches down from the waist, for me 2/3 down my thigh, also stretches to max 40-41 inches, kind of keeps the legs more together, not ideal for high kicks or really wide leg movements.

Length: 35 inches
Fits me at 5 feet tall, would be ok for someone slightly taller.
