Hi Everyone!

First day of this new year 2012! Happy New Year to everyone! Full of love, happiness, good health, and dance dance dance!!!!!

First pic of the year with a Bella I bought from a French Colleague (not bought on Bhuz) because when I saw it, I did write a post to sell it on her behalf!!! I bought it!!!!

I have just realised i never posted on the monthly thread, though i bought a lot on Bhuz and love this thread.
So here are some pics :

- dusty pink and orange Sahar Okasha from NancyAsiya
- Akai silk veil from ZoeDeKooning
- pink vintage Raqia Hassan from Marta
- green Sahar Okasha from Salima
- pink "Barbie Saiidi" Eman Zaki dress from Marta

I realise too i was in a pink mood for the second half of 2011 !

I wish to all of you lots of music, dance, love and hapiness for the new year

Just got this one from Sufel on Dec.30 intime for my NY show:) and its one of the sparklest costume ever

I've got a few that I hadn't gotten any photos of yet. I just picked up this lovely purple Pharonics from Jasmine yesterday. My first one, I'm in love! This one will be in heavy rotation that's for sure!



Then the Sparkler Mamdouh I got from Linahdancer and I re-did the glitter on the bra and have added a few hotfix stones. It's now ready to shine.


Last but not least, the beautiful Raqia Hassan dress I got from TablaDuo in a swap (she got my Sahar). I've already worn this several times and I love it.



I'm ready to dance and look spectacular in 2012

Nancy--dang, that dress is **smokin'**. I am coveting that style so hard right now!!

Yes it is the Raqia, but i already sold it to a french fellow dancer ,-)

I got it for 2 reasons: I had a nostagy for my other Zebra/burgundy costume which I made and sold and the other reason -I have black/white craze mood right now:)

I bought this great Dalila costume from MellyBelly a few months back. Oksana, we would make an awesome orange sparkly duo

Just got this one in the mail. Not sure what to do with it though.
I like the style a lot more than I thought I would, and yay i have a bra that isn't three sizes too big :)

But on the downside it needs way more work than I anticipated. it looks great in pics but in daylight, you can see all of the round beads have paint coming off, and a lot of the sequins are dull or have gone see through :S

I might give it a wash and see how it is. I may have to sell it at a loss, or take everything off and use it as a base.

Wow, the near year is so young - just the third day - and there are already so many pretty costumes... Congratulations to all!!!

I bought some new costumes, too - wore them for silvester and will sell them all, because they don´t fit perfect... But I bought another thing that is perfect to me: a sweet little baby dog I didn´t buy her on bhuz, so I think I´m not allowed to post a pic here - to all who are interested: you can see "Queeny" on facebook.

Hi Ladies - and Happy New Year! I've been a bit behind on posting cossies... Here are three items! I got two from Nancy Asiya (thank you so much Nancy!) and my daughter's from Christina Rizzkilah (sp?) when she was selling her Oriental Moons.

For a perfomance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is the infamous "Samba Bella". I did not wear it with the ruffle sleeves, as it overwhelmed my tiny frame, but it was such an art piece I thought it should be posted up. Here I am post show with buddy Farah - with Page and Plant. Whoohoo! Groupies! xD


And at a show last night (1/7) was this "Monika Maureen Beauty" in decadent green, though my Holiday indulgence is starting to show a bit. Argh. Also got this one from Nancy and it fit right out of the box, though the armbands are a little small. Pictured with me is my daughter Genna in her red Oriental Moon I got from Christina Rizkillah (sp??). Originally I bought the red for me and the yellow for her - but the yellow's bra was a Dina style and there was NO WAY that would be appropriate for my daughter's age (plus it was a D). The bra style on the red is also a nod to fusion, which appealed to my picky girl. Strangely, dina bra's look awesome on me so we changed gears and she got the red. I should have a pic in the yellow soon.

I finally got my Neon Bella out of lay-a-way... It's my Get-me-through-the-winter color costume that makes me feel very happy. It's STUNNING in person and I'm in love!

Here is the other Bella I was paying on... it's mine now! It fit me perfect right out of the box, I didn't even need to move a hook! It's another stunner in person. I wore it Saturday night and got a lot of compliments. Sorry about this poor quality iphone photo!
