its got a curly wire hem the the blue layer ranges from about 34 to 35.5/36 across the skirt

yes i have the tan one. I think they are One size fits all kinda deal because the top stretches. gimmie a min and ill see what max stretch is

i just stretched it all the way to 48 and it still had a little play left to go
