This is a gorgeous 3 layered burgundy chiffon skirt made in Turkey by Nejla Huber. Great quality, flows nicely,
has an elastic waist band so it will probably fit up to a size 10.
LENGTH: perfect for me at 5'4".

Here are the messuremtens:

First layer: 26.6 inches from the waist
Second: 34 inches " "
Third: 37.5 inches
Give or take 0.5 inches, because it has that fishline curvy hem, or whatever you call it.
