My daughter wants to make her drivers license and is selling her wonderful bella costume.
I got it in a trade - it was brandnew - and now it´s only worn for five minutes - so still new.
She wanted it so much and loved the cutout bra, but she is not dancing that much and she will keep her other costumes...

If it would fit me or I would see a way to make it fit me I would keep it, but there is no chance.

Here are the measurements in inches: bra cups inside 5,5 x 6,25 inches, UB 33,5 max (currently hooks at 28 inches); upper hip: 30-33 inches; lower hip stretches up to 38,5 inches; skirt length 34,25 inches...

...yes, that´s the length. You could add another chiffon skirt under it to give it a bit more length...

you could add another chiffon skirt (or sew a veil under it) under it to give it more length.
I know it´s short that way
I could try to make a pic of what I have in mind to give it more length...

The veil might work...I can see that! Okay, debating on how skilled I would be at sewing something like that!! Intent pending my assumed seamstress abilities...

....it comes with the perfect matching veil - it shouldn´t be too much work to sew it under the skirt

If I needed extra length and couldn't find exactly matching fabric, I might add an underskirt, and make the existing skirt into an overskirt, but maybe make the overskirt a different shape- like the streamers on the pharonics venus goddess maat, or the diamond shaped panels on some of their other costumes. Add a little of the underskirt fabric to the sleeves and voila. Well worth the work, considering the bellydance store is currently selling a little pink bella like this (this one is nicer IMO) for over $1K.
