Got these from Yolanda and they are snugger than I am comfortable with. They look brand new. They are black stretch luxury velvet. Inseam 32". My measurements are 37" upper hip and 40" lower. They fit fine but for my taste I feel they are a little snug so reposting them for what I paid for them which is $30 + shipping. Yolanda I hope you don't mind that I used your photo of the pants.
