    Bra full C-Cup
    Skirt 37"
    Upper hip 36" (elastic in place to make tighter)
    Lower hip are very stretchy velvet, 40" or even more.

    Oh no, the shoes and the leg thing dont belong to the costume. This is a leg decoration from another costume.

    This is made by a russian deisigner, most russian designers offer leg decoration to their costumes.

    I will measure the bra tonight, I guess you will need some padding.
    I am not sure if the length of your spring Bella could work for me. It is about 10cm too long.
