    Hi Dragonfly, do you mean the upper and lower hip measurements at rest and "on a body?" As soon as I drink a little coffee, will measure them for you and post here.

    Okay I'm all coffee'd up. Unstretched the upper hip is 30", lower hip 36". My measurement while modeling the pants are 37" and 40". Thanks for your interest, let me know if you want them!
