I purchased this beauty from desertflower back in September hoping do the slight TLC it would take to make this wearable. Well here it is January and I have not had the time STILL!!! This is a beautiful set, great for a beginner or seasoned dancer. I apologize but I can't get ANY of the photos to load for whatever reason. There is some bead loss and I have close up pictures of everything in my photobucket link. Also the pictures doesn't quite give you the intensity of the gold color. The pics look kind of washed out. I have also added a few body shots. I am a D/DD and I am coming out all over it so the cups are a smaller size definitely. This si the first time I have ever put it on to see what it looks like.

I purchased this for $175 and am asking $170 NOW $90 +shipping. I have taken off the extender pieces from the top of the cups. AND I took the straps off completely to rebead them (I am leaving them off so it's next owner can place them where they need to be for her. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and take as many additional pictures you may need. Thanks for looking.

I purchased this for $175 and am asking $170 (OBO) +shipping. The ONLY thing I have done to it was to take out the extender pieces from the top of the cups (which I will include in case you feel you need more coverage). I am happy to answer any questions you may have and take as many additional pictures you may need. Thanks for looking.

Checked the pics,pretty! didn't see size,soooo what's the belt size?

If you click on each pic there's info under each but in answer to your question ... the belt is a 2 piece and each is 20" end to end. It's a very pretty set for sure

I would have to agree with that assessment. I have never even put it on and I have had it for 4 months at least

That would be me. I keep looking because I love it but I have made a couple of not so good decisions with costumes lately and have a few to sell off. Also I promised myself not to buy any costumes with bras too big anymore. Too much padding.

If this was a B cup I think I'd take the chance on this one.

Bijoux, to tell you the truth, I have no idea what size these cups are on this costume but I am a D/DD and I put it on and had my daughter take several pics from the front and back and I am falling out of it EVERY WHERE!!!! Please take a look at the pics and decide for yourself if you think you might be able to fit in this. Looks to me that whomever took it apart may have widened the space between the cups as well and that being brought closer together will help to make it fit a smaller size. Do you sew at all? There is easy beading, reattaching the straps (you'll need an extra pair of hands for that), and I feel moving the cups back closer together will make a huge difference.

I sew enough to be able to do that. I'm going to try on a friend's belt that is similar. I'm thinking the big V may not work on me. The cups I think would work if I sewed them together and angled them, maybe made it a halter.

I'm an uncomitted stalker at this point

The bra measurements, are they with the tape pressed right into the cups, or straight across?

Also, condition wise are the sequins in good condition, clean and without losing their colour? I got burned recently buying something that looked good without asking questions.

I totally understand your concern!, but getting anything from brokentiles you're not going to be disappointed, she always gives a fair price according to the condition of the set, and I'm a 100% sure most of the time she looses money. Even when she herself overpaid for something and for any reason has to re-sell it again she reduces the price.

Totally understand. That's why I posted a few body shots so you could see how it looked on me. I have a short torso and I have to take fringe off the bottom of almost EVERY bra set I have ever purchased. I really like the belt, everything is good except the point it comes to at the bottom. I if it's a narrow belt w/a point it's okay but a deep point not so much AND these always have such long fringe which shortens my already squatty lower half (I have a 29-30 inseam). Being shaped like a rectangle is hard for me to find costumes that work well w/o my having to do some kind of tweaking. Since I had never put this on till last night I had done nothing except taking out the extensions. I will take some CLOSE UPS of the bra and belt so you can get a good look at the sequins and beads and decide for yourself the shape they are in. It's completely covered in hologram gold flat sequins (except the shoulder straps). I was going to make it a halter and knew that I was going to have to make new strap so it didn't bother me that they had bead loss or that they weren't attached cause I was going to have to take them off anyway.

The measurements are inside the cups not just across the top. I will get on those pics right now so when you get a chance they'll be there for you. I'll take offers as well. I wont be able to wear this due to the cups being to small for me :-(

BUMP this costume has the Midas touch

Have added CLOSE UPS of the sequins on the bra (as per requested to see the condition of them). I did it in sections all the way across the bra so you can see the whole thing. Let me know if I can add any other pictures.

Though, Ozma did change the shape of belt like this I think. I'll check out her blog see if I can find it.

There's not a lot of the tip that you can remove before you run into the bottom of the beading design. Oh and I looked at the sequins on the belt since you asked about them the sequins in the area where the hooks are are sort dirty/dingy. I do not know if that's something that will wipe off. and there is some loose sequins there as well. I will take pictures of each end of the belt pieces for you as well. They are on page 2, the last 4 pictures.

Thank you for all the detailed information! it's priceless!, my new projects don't look that scary after all.

Since this is not moving I am working on it. I am checking beading along the edges and tightening one that are kind of loose. I have taken the center piece out and am going to make the cups touch and then reassemble. I have taken off the pieces the hooks hook into but will make sure they are with the costume if someone is interested. All the work that needed to be done was on the bra. So I will just keep plugging away on it till maybe someone says they are interested
