    This costume is gently used. I have only wore it a few times and I just don't wear it anymore so my loss is your gain. The size is sorta open since the top and belt are tie front and the skirt is elastic. Though it would be best for someone in the Medium - XL range possibly even 2X.
    Disclaimer: The veil does have a couple of tiny holes in it but they are barely noticeable when your standing still and not noticeable at all when dancing.
