I'd really like to buy a serger, so I'm seeing if anyone would like to buy this costume. It won't break my heart if it doesn't sell since I have ideas of how to make it fit better...

That being said, it is too small in the cups and a tad bit too loose in the hips for me as is, so perhaps it can find a home where someone can take it dancing right now :)

I had it ordered for me while I was in Egypt, but it arrived not fitting me perfectly and has yet to be danced in.

It has terrific tight gold beading all over the bra, skirt top, sides and back gore. There are genuine rhinestones sprinkled throughout and over 300 acrylics and purple pearl beads, too. The fabric has a heavy gold overlay that is really nice, and it was the color combo with the overlay that caught my eye.

measurements:

bra cups: v-6.75 (7 end to end), h-6.75 (7 end to end), d-8.75 (9 end to end) ... see pics for where I measured
bra band: 44 end to end

skirt:

UH-34ish unstretched, BUT the skirt is very heavy and very stretchy. It has elastic only around the back right now, and I would suggest adding elastic to the front as well if you're UH is under 42... it would easily go to 47 by my calculations

LH-44 unstretched, can go to at least 53 with ease.

Length is 37.75

you know, I really love this,everything about it is so beautiful, but on closer inspection of the bra, it might be too small for me. :( I'm sorry

totally understand...

just as an fyi, i measured conservatively for the bra cups in the first post.... if you were to go end to end, add another quarter inch to all measurements. i posted pics in photobucket of the measurements as well so you can see from where i take the measurements.
