unfortunately the upper hip is too big for me. (im a 32" upper hip) I have an hourglass shape
and its hard to fit.

aww..it really is pretty.. My upper hip is usually in the 34/35 range. This was Moondances..You sure it won't work for you? I can try and remeasure. Dresses are so hard..

I also dropped MoondanceS a line to ask her what her measurements are from when she wore it.

we're pretty similar in size. Almost body doubles but I believe she may be a few inches taller. Ill take better pis tonight as well as measurements.
