What's the waist size? Also, does it stretch?

Hi Belladee,

The skirt waist band unstretched is 30 inches.

It's very stretchy. If you want to tell me your waist size I can tell you if I think it will fit. My upper hips are 34.5 inches and it has lots of room for stretch. When I put it on and just pull it out from my waist it goes another 7 inches easily.

My upper hip is 39 in. and lower is 40 in.; little to no definition there! LOL!

Ok, I just measured it out and yes, it will fit you no problem. I had someone else try it on and it will go larger than 39 upper and 40 lower- so if you want it- it should work.
