FYI - 2 ideas to help with removing items secured with hot glue.

One is place the item in the freezer. When thoroughly chilled the glue is much easier to peel away from the beads or fabric.

The second is place the item in a vehicle in sunlight, covered by a towel or blanket. Once warmed by the heat the glue should be somewhat flexible.

Might be beneficial when working on the two costumes.
