THe skirt does not have slits, and sorry today I'm traveling and dont have the costume with me to give you those cup measurements..but I am a full round C cup and sometimes can even wear a d with a little padding, so If that helps??????

the skirt does not have slits, but is a very full and has a lovely swirl when turning, with plenty of leg room for leggy turns. It also has a beautiful ruffle along the bottom of both sides.

I could be interested depending on cup measurements when you get the chance. I wear a D so I just need to double check.
