I bought this lovely pleated skirt here on the swapmeet, from Ines. It is super shiny and opens up to way more than a full circle. It is in pristine condition. The total length is 35"The waist stretches to 42" easily. Asking what I paid - $35 which includes all fees and shipping in the US.

I love this and I would keep it but I wanted to wear it with my pleated gold lame wings, and the colors are just too different. Plus the 35" length is about an inch too short for me - I would have added length at the top if the colors matched.
