Hello ladies!

I have this beautiful belt that I used to be part of a costume. While I made the rest of the costume work for me, the belt is too long and does not fit me. It is a gorgeous piece though, and I would hate to let it sit in my closet.

SOLD ~ The total length is 34" and the hooks are set at 33". It is loaded with rhinestones and there is a double row of beaded fringe. All the various shades of blue and silver work very well together. The belt is used, but all the beads are in place. The lining is nice and clean. I don't know the maker, but it is obviously a high quality piece. Asking only $50 plus shipping for it.

SOLD ~ I also have a velvet trumpet skirt that I got here on BHUZ. Measurements: now extended to 36" total length, 28" waist, 34" hips unstretched; 34" waist and 40" hips stretched. It takes up less than a couple of inches of length when stretched. Asking what I paid -- $35 plus shipping.

Intent on the skirt but can you please post measurements for the upper hip/waistband and length both stretched and unstretched. Thanks!

Is the fringe on a cord or is it stitched directly to the costume??

Sorry it took me a while to respond, brokentiles. PM'ed you.

I added a close up pic of the belt. To answer brokentiles' question, the base is made of shiny lurex thread fabric. I checked the second row of fringe and yes, it is on a cord and can be removed.

Also, I examined the skirt and I believe it can be extended in total length.

Oh and I will take the belt IF those stones are sewn on and not glued. My zip is 78739 for shipping. Was hoping for just a tad more in length on the skirt 36" is too short for me as well

I have remeasured the skirt and it is 35" in length if you unstitch the waist. If you add the elastic on top of that, the total length will be 36" easily, but not much more.

Ok, so I sat down with the skirt and extended it to a full 36" length. It actually looks and fits much better now.
