I posted this a while back and it never sold.

So I am trying one last time.... here are the details.

Multicolor stretch velvet skirt. Serged seams and edges, handstitched foldover waistband with elastic in casing. Muted purple, dark green and orange-red design on white background with a slightly shiny finish. Wrong side of fabric is white, which is visible at times depending on the movement of the ruffles. Never worn!

~36" long, waistband is 29" unstretched, 34" stretched
comes with small serged extra piece of fabric 5 x 8" suitable for a headband.

It is a stretch velvet. I do not know the exact fabric content but I believe it has some lycra in it. I think it would be called a 2-way stretch fabric and the texture is velvet.

The shape is like a trumpet, but instead of uniform triangular inserts spaced thoughout the body, there are ruffles / flounces where the triangular inserts/ godets would be. There is a 22" leg opening with decorative flounces along the edge. Also there are three 8" flounces inserted along the bottom edge, and one triangular 8" triangular godet. These are distributed along the edge of the skirt but not perfectly uniform in spacing, as in a trumpet. I hope that makes sense.

ok- It is 29" at the waistband and 33" at about 5" below the waistband unstretched.
I am around 38.5" where I wear the top of the skirt and 41" at the lower hip to give you a sense of how it fits me in the photo.
