Red and silver ruffle Egyptian costume loaded with beads and rhinestones.

It comes with 2 matching armbands and a headband. There is a little bit of rhinestone loss and wear, but it's very minimal.

Top is 32 -36" band, cup is A/B (C with cleavage)
UH 30-36", LH up to 38", Length is 36"

I don't have a trade to offer but if you post detailed photos of your fit problem on the beauty and costuming section there are a lot of talented Bhuzzers that may be able to offer a fix for you.

It doesn't appear to be terribly short...maybe that tiny headband could be used to extend the skirt where it's too snug in the hip? If there is extra elastic in the top (wide elastic loosely handstitched in) that can be taken out.

If you have a friend that sews well a bit of seam allowance can be let out if it doesn't disrupt beadwork designs.

The bra looks like it fits well, I don't know if you had it clasped in the back...if that doesn't feel quite right either you'd be surprised at what Bhuzzers know to do in all kinds of costume fit emergencies!

@Doozer - Thank you, I thought about that but I did take it to a professional seamstress and she said there is nothing she can do. The fit difference is just too great. The problem is the hips, not the length. SIGH!
