It pains me to sell this! I love it, but the hips are a bit too snug. This costume is gorgeous and comfortable. If has been worn one time by Naiya and three times by me. Naiya nicknamed it "The Deadly Dame" because of the colors and the cute rosettes on the skirt. $650 from Dahlal.
Includes headband, armbands, anklets, and veil.
Measurements
Cups - C to small D, cups 6 V x7 H x7.25 D
Ribcage - 36"
Upper Hip - up to 37"
Lower Hip - best for 39" max - my lower hips are 40" and it wiggles up when I dance
Length - 40" lying flat

Yes, it is relatively easy to tack up the hem. I will post here if I decide to lower the price again. Still a great deal at $200 below retail - only worn 4 times and in perfect condition.
