Hey ladies, these three costumes have been favorites of mine, but it's time to rotate and my closet is at its max capacity these days.

I’m selling this because the skirt is a bit big for me. Would fit someone with 38″ hips or larger nicely, I am just not filling it out these days.
Length: 37″ hip to floor. Could let out hem (with beaded trim) to 40″

OK, now I'm REALLY tempted! My main concerns are:

• I'm a 35ish" upper hip, so if you're feeling like the skirt is too baggy on you, I'm thinking it may be on me as well
• My bra end-to-end is 33" so I'd have to re-engineer it with an additional panel to make it fit
• I'm not a big fan of velvet, but in the right context, I'll tolerate it. (This could potentially be that context).

I think the lower hip measurement is more important than the upper hip. I can and have danced in it, but I can feel that it's a little big. The beadwork on that costume is just so stunning - it's probably worth the alterations. I may have the leftover fabric from when I had it hemmed as well.
