Hi BernieV. The We3 Top is def yours if you want it. As far as skirts go, I would say that the Burnout might looks cooler with it, since both the top and the skirt set have burnout velvet on them. Neither skirt is a perfect match, but with a cool hipscarf/belt either could look cool.
