Beautiful BELLA made of rich velvet with silver beading, clear rhinestones and AB rhinstone chain. I will try to make better pics of the beading, the beads a red-multicolor.

Skirt length 38" (95cm)
Upper hip 34.5" max (87cm), there is elastic within, it could fit between 32" and 34.5"
Lower hip stretches up to 39-40
Bra B or C Cup
vertical 5.5" (14cm)
diagonal 7.3" (18,5cm)
horizontal 7" (18cm)
The skirt has two slits in the front, cutouts on both side of the hips.
