Black Mumtaz dress with irridescent sequins and silver beading.
very good condition. Has mesh panels on the side and a very sexy side slit on skirt. Has wonderful spin when turning.
bra would be best for a-small c cup. Probably wouldn't fit much larger than that unless your very handy. No accessories

Im 5'3 also. I wear 36 length skirt and it works for me. I'll try on and measure. I may be slightly difficult since its a halter and it depends on your torso and how far up you need the straps. Ill measure tonight and let you know. Gotta run to banks and etc..

from top f bra cup to end of dress is 47 inches. the length on each strap from bra cup to end is 10 inches. I tend to wear my bra straps high so it takes a lot of the strap arond to the other side. But it depends on how high or low you wear the straps.
