I leave in about 5 hours, I guess I should go to bed!! but I am teaching in Virginia Beach for the third time along with one of the members of my dance company Britt, who will be teaching tribal. Don't know if we have any Virginia dancers on Bhuz, but we are going to have a great time with 2 shows, 3 days of workshops, and of course I have to go lay on the beach and visit the Edgar Cayce center for some awesome meditation and to walk the labyrinth.
