Thread: Room Deadline looming for the Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive...

Hey everyone!!! I cannot believe how close we are to the event!! I am so excited (and busy).

This is the official notice to encourage everyone who has not booked their hotel rooms to please do so ASAP. Our block of rooms are already sold out, but Palace Station is still honoring our group rates and will do so until August 5th, at which time rooms will only be available at the prevailing rates.

Please call 1-800-634-3101 and identify yourself as an attendee of the Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive with the Reservation ID PCILVBE. In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax charge is to be received no later than 14 days from the date of the room reservation.

Looking forward to meeting all the Bhuzzers!! We will probably meet for drinks on either Thurs. night or Friday night before the show. I'll keep you posted for the "Bhuz Cocktail Party"....

The room deadline is today. Our room block is more than full, but Palace Station is honoring rates through today!!
