We know it's early, but we also know how AWESOME 2009 is going to be. We are incredibly excited to be bringing 6 breathtaking headliners to next year's Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive: Suzanna Del Vecchio, Amaya, Aubre, Frederique, Jim Boz, and Sharon Kihara. We are expanding to 4 spectacular days...and we are leaving Thurs. night open for you to explore the city!!

Holy Crap!! I haven't even recovered from last weekends event!! It was so fun, I can't wait for the 2009 Intensive, woohoo!!

People are signing up early because last year our full packages sold out 3 months before the event. Well...and because the best prices are the Early Bird specials too. Oh yes, and because anyone signed up before the schedule is finalized gets first choice on classes.

Payment plans are available. Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm all new to this...When does the schedule go up? I saw two different prices one was $300something, the other $408.

The schedule will go up as soon as it is finalized. LOL. That's not very helpful, is it. ok..well, I am hoping for November this year. Last year it went up on Jan. 1st. I will post reminders and notices before any price increase, so no worries.

Currently, the Super Early-Bird price is $395 for the Full-Package paid in full. The cost is slightly higher ($408) if you want to opt for a payment plan of 12 payments of $34. This payment plan is valid until the end of the month, at which time it will increase to 11 payments of $37.10.

This year, once we open up the schedule we will also open a la carte registrations too. I am not sure how long the normal Early-Bird rates will be valid until. In 2008 we sold out the full packages before we ever made it to the regular rates, so it seems the early deadline needs to be even earlier. Not sure about all that yet. I will keep everyone posted as it develops...g.:..g.:

We do have more headliners and other amazing teachers...however, Bhuz has restrictions on the file size for animated gif ads. So putting all of them on one ad won't work. We will be rotating out the ads periodically and put the other headliners on the other versions. ..g.:

• Free Shuttle to/from the airport
• Free Shuttle to/from "The Strip"
• Hotel located only 1 mile from the world-famous "Las Vegas Strip"
• The venue and hotel are in the same place!
• The festival & vendors are in the same convention hall as the classrooms
• Two pools and Jacuzzis (for our weary bodies after a long day of dancing)
• Beauty Salon & Workout room
• 8 restaurants in the same building!!!

To book your room online, click here. Otherwise, call the Reservations Office at 1-800-634-3101, and identify yourself as an attendee of the Bellydance Intensive using Reservation ID "PCIBDI9". In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one (1) night's room and taxes charge is to be received no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the room reservation was made. If the room guarantee of one (1) night's room and tax charge is not received within the fourteen (14) day grace period, the reservation will be cancelled.

Palace Station will take reservations for our group until August 09, 2009, after this date the hotel will take reservations on a space available basis and at a prevailing hotel rate.

Love the fact how close you are to the strip. The Palace is a great location for those who want to indulge in other activities on the strip or downtown, for themselves or their guest and honies, right smack in the middle, and easy to get to for out of towners!

We've worked really hard at making it easy for folks visiting from out-of-town to enjoy their time in Vegas. The free shuttle to/from the airport/strip makes it possible to avoid having to rent a car or use taxis for transportation. Well...and the limo service to the Friday show was a pretty big hit....so that will return in 2009 to be sure! ..g.:..l;,

Jim Boz is an excellent teacher and such an exceiting belly dancer
to watch, those who are able to attend the 2009 event are really
in for a treat. I attended the 2008 intensive this past Sept. and
I had so much fun. All the Vegas belly dancers are so welcoming
and friendly, it was such a pleasure meeting you all. The
space at the Palace station was perfect for all the workshops and
the shopping - WOW I can't say enough of the great vendors that
showed up. I don't think I slept more that 8 hours the entire
time we stayed - LOL but it was worth my time and money.
I learned so much and so many new moves. Also how to breakdown
moves. And the shows Friday and Saturday night you can not miss,
they truely were Vegas quality.

..cr.:I so wish I could attend again , hopefully in 2010. And don't miss
out on the early bird special, its well worth the savings.

Big Kudos & Smooches to Tori King, Danya Cornelius, Carolee Cameron, Heather Corral, Paul Aguirre, Willene Wadkins, and some other random guy that just keeps showing up!!

These are the folks that truly take my breath away. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their passion, creativitiy, support, and just plain hard work (well...and the good times over a few drinks too!)

The Early-Bird price of $395 (which includes 24 hours of instruction, & tickets to both shows) will still be available, but the monthly payment plan will increase to 10 monthly payments of $40.80.

Additonally, we are in the process of finalizing the list of instructors and topics. As soon as we are done with that process, the full-weekend package price will increase substantially. You will get the best savings by registering early...and the best payments by registering this week.

I am so very very excited!! I signed up on the payment plan (thank you VERY much for that option) and this will be my first belly dance conference that I have ever attended!!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

I would love to attend but god knows what kind of crap might be going on in my daily life. Is there a cancellation policy? I would be coming all the way from the east coast so I hate to plan such a big expensive trip so far in advance. .
