Thread: Spring Caravan: hotel questions

OK, so it is a little way off yet,
but

1. who is going to spring caravan
2. for those who went before, when did you reserve your room?
3. And, has anyone ever used the hotel website to reserve a room?

You should most definitly reserve a room because the hotel caters to all sorts of events (many on the same weekend) and they are usually very full. I would wait for the Rakkasah site to post their promo code which usually gives you a hefty discount on the normal hotel prices. If I remember correctly it was something like 85 bucks a night with the discount.

Its too far off for me to know if I'm going this year, but after the call in date you should be able to find plenty of people who are going.

All you have to do is call up hotel directly. and say you are with spring caravan. Its 82.00 a night. I can't do spring caravan this year. Trust me book rooms early. It will sell out.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn (it's just a little further up the street) for Rakkasah East cause I wasn't impressed with the host hotel for the price and hassel. We actually got a better experience for less at the Holiday Inn, I think it was only $70 or so. I'm going to book there agaib.

I just reserved my room, there are sill rooms available for the Rakkasah rate of $82/night up to 4 people in a room. I stay at the host hotel because the after party is there and is an absolute blast.
