Oh, I wish! Unfortunately, I can't do more than one weeklong/year with a hubby and three kids to keep happy... I'll be doing Hadia's this year, and plan to do Yasmina's next year.

You'll have a blast - I've heard nothing but good things about it. She's an excellent teacher.

One of my students took Hadia's weeklong in Montreal last year and really enjoyed it. I did the Arabesque one 4 years ago and got so much out of it that I'm taking it again! ..l;, I would like to go to Arabesque's summer camp, too, someday. Maybe I can talk my hubby into going along and doing the drum portion.

Yeah, last year I went to her weekend workshop improv'ing with a live orchestra - it rocked. It straddled the professional weeklong and I got to hear enough about it that I wanted to do it this summer. I'd do Yasmina's too, but with three kids under 10yrs old, I'm lucky to get a week away at all - two would be pushing it! ..c:: That's okay, though. It'll give me something to look forward to next year.

Summer camp with your hubby would be so cool! A fellow troupemate of mine does her summer camp every year and just loves it.

    Have fun!

My son is all grown up now (22 yrs old) and I'm in the empty nest stage. It's such a different period of life - I always kind of dreaded him growing up and leaving home, but now that its happened I love it! He's an adult and we can actually have a grown up conversation together, and I'm only 46 (today!) and feel like I have a whole new/different life for both myself as a woman and with my husband as a couple. If I had three children under 10 I don't think I'd be getting away for weeklongs either! That's great that you still have the energy to dance after a day as a mom to three little ones! Or maybe having three little ones is what gives you the energy!..l;, My plane leaves at 7am tomorrow so I'll spend the evening packing and unpacking and packing again! Ciao. N.
