Khaled dancing on tabla

and going to the show of course

I am small and will be wearing VS foldover yoga pants . . um . .

Oh yes, if any bhuzers are there please say hello to me too. I am small, pale and have quite long curly blonde hair. I can't remember what I'm doing exactly but remember booking lots of Lulu.

I'll be there. I'm doing lebanese style, best of Lulu and dancing on a tabla with Khaled. Looking forward to it.Stage managing the show on the Saturday-very nervous in case I loose somebody!!

The reason I am sitting here and writing this is that I missed my flight to Manchester this morning. I won't even tell why, it's too stupid.

Anyway, luckily Swiss airlines have several flights to Manchester every day so I'll go in the evening. Already checked in my luggage, so I can't miss it again! ,r:;

I was sooo looking forward to strolling around in Saltaire!
But instead I have the pleasure of using the British rail system in the rush hour....

Sooooo.... more time for me to practice my dances for the show on Saturday! I will do a sharqi number and a Bollywood dance.

Will be walking around inbetween workshops but I haven't decided what to wear yet.... Of course I won't be looking as brilliant as on my pictures, but I have a bag with a black "Freitag" label on it like this:
So unless there's another visitor from Zurich, that will be me!

I have alot of dark curly hair... Loads really... am 5'8'' and am usually wearing a 'did i remember to put the gas off' sort of face ( or 'away with the fairies' as some of my friends say!) please do say hello xxx

But as a teacher it's not always easy - I stand in front of a mass of people who all kind of seem to know my name, and it's only because they booked my class. ..g.:
So don't feel shy, just come up to me and say: "Hi, it's me, from Bhuz, you know?"

BTW, I bring Swiss chocolate to all my workshops ..g.: So you MUST come to me and what you are really going to say is: "Hi, it's me, from Bhuz, you know? Now give me that chocolate!!!"

JoY is hands down the prettiest festival I have ever been too. And well organized, and everybody is so friendly and.... just everything!

And it was great to meet many Bhuzzers, if only breefly.

(And I want a Shimmyshop costume.... ..g.:)

I bought a pair of great pants from mandy but had no more time to shop. Must book more shopping time!

I bought a fab costume from Mandy in pink and black. Its gorgeous, she makes some great things.

Medium I think...not pro but not cheap. He seems to have got the nack of catching the action shot but has never done a course or anything.

Wow, that's a great picture of the Tahitian dance! Too bad I could only catch a glimpse of it from backstage - I would have loved to see the entire dance!

Lulu recommended me one of her teachers that now lives in London. I must find out more & find out if she would like to teach at JoY.
