Anyone going? You can study both days with either Momo or Moria, or you can divide your days between the two if you want. I'm taking Momo both days.

...I don't have any Steeler's stuff...but I DO have Yankees stuff! Haha!

Forgot to mention that there is an 'early bird' discount for registering by Sept. 1st!

So, what about a Bhuz hello? Anybody? I know I will have to track down Erika ;-) I will drive in Saturday morning, and be at the Momo workshops both days. I'd love to hang with Bhuzzers!

If you spot me, please holler! I have a really small, old, red car; will wear Steelers pants or blue Phoenix rising pants; and carry a rhinestone decorated blue Sigg bottle - you can not miss my water bottle!

Haleema, I felt you're a soulmate in the show - at least *one* person played zills! And, yeah, if you come anywhere close to the 'Burgh, please let me know - we love having people over and our house has a beautiful guest room. There has to be a Turnpike Shimmy connection!

For me, the workshops were very challenging (love Turkish and have bad memory). Today, I sat down for the part of the second half and just watched very carefully how Momo choreographed the taksim and how he broke things down, and that was mighty interesting. I learned a great deal.

Cool - I'll keep my eyes peeled for goings-on over there!

I'm sorry I missed class today, it would have been good for me to take better notes than what I managed to scribble yesterday. Momo's style was really something, I hope I can retain at least a little bit.

You're right - Norm and Bernie did not stay for the 2nd day. Who were you? You may have noticed a clumsy gal in a yellow top, who spent most of the afternoon session watching - that was me.

Maybe we have to add Akron to the Turnpike Shimmy initiative?

What a great workshop - it was great to see / meet everybody there! Steffi - TURNPIKE SHIMMY!!! We've got to get it going on!

Momo and Moria were both fantastic. I was in Momo's class Saturday, but switched to Moria on Sunday. Loved them and learned a great deal from both instructors. And Saturday's show, of course, was fabulous!
