First, I am excited to announce the the official 2009 Bellydance Intensive's
after-party hostesses are local dance troupe Cabernet! We know that they will throw us a great party!

Second, I am thrilled to announce that 2009 Headliner, Amaya, will also be
working together with Cabernet to make the evening even more spectacular. This night is going to double as Amaya's official DVD release party for her new
"American Legends of Belly Dance" documentary. The details are as follows:

I am especially happy for Amaya headlining and for the release of the "American Legends of Bellydance" DVD. Wish I could make it!

Our offical Bellydance Intensive After-Party is also doubling as The official
release of the amazing new DVD "American Legends in Belly Dance"! The ladies of Cabernet Dance will be hosting this special celebration with performances and appearances by Lumina Bellydance Company, Leyla Amir, Jenevieve the Serpentine Sorceress, Helena Vlahos, Morwenna, Katarina, Mr. Harry Saroyan and many more!

There will be savory Persian cuisine & great music. Amaya and special guests
will be giving us a sneak preview into this poignant and fascinating celebration
of our wonderfully unique history.

~Doors open at 7 pm
~DVD Release Party with Amaya and friends, and a buffet dinner with general
seating is served from 730-830 pm.
~Performances begin at 830 pm.
~Buffet dinner includes: Chicken koobideh, boneless chicken, beef koobideh,
veggies, rice, grilled tomatoes, green salad.
~On tables: Hummus, yogurt, bean salad, bread. Also: Soft drinks, hot tea,
coffee, baklava.
~Cash bar available

This annual event sells out quickly, so it is highly recommended that your

I think I can manage that for you. I've strategically planned it so that I am not in charge of anything for the after-party. So I will get to relax and enjoy the night at the end of the event.
