hope you have a wonderful time! she's currently in calgary alberta finishing up TT2...she taught a beautiful choreography on Sunday to Talisman. Phenomenal!

OK, I registered! I put a mugshot avatar up here for the occasion- hope to meet a few bhuzzers! Anybody know which hotel is cheapest/closest?

Yay! The photo of me on my Classes page on my site (Kiyaana Bellydance - Belly Dance Performer and Teacher in Fredericksburg, Virginia (VA) 22401 and Stafford) is pretty much what I'll look like so please be sure to find me.

There are lots of hotels within minutes from the community college where everything takes place for the workshop and show. If you do a search on Google Maps for "13101 Jefferson Davis Highway, Chester, VA" and "seach nearby" for "hotel", you'll see a bunch pop up within a mile.

Suzana (Zana here on Bhuz) and I are staying at Country Inn & Suites. Another dancer from up here is staying at Days Inn.

There's a Panera and a Target right there, too, so it's my ideal workshop location! ..l;, (inside joke because my dance friends tease me about always knowing where Panera and Target are when we go to workshops)

Same here - haven't been to a weekend workshop in a while and I'm soooo ready for this one.

Yaalini & Suzana - so fun to spend time together this weekend. Fikriyyah, I probably talked to you and didn't make the connection with your Bhuz profile.

The breakdown of movements on Saturday was fabulous. I definitely need more time with the Alf Leyla Wa Leyla choreo from Sunday, but I really liked it (and can't wait to see her dancing to it again on the show DVD). I only wish we had seen her perform Turkish Rom, too.

It was so nice to meet bhuzzers from not too far away! Hopefully we'll meet again soon, great workshops coming up this Spring!

Ha, I've never actually been to a workshop where I *didn't* need more time for the choreography, if one was taught. Hadia of course was terrific, but the weekend was just too short!
